Michelle Villalobos, MBA, CSP, (AKA:The "Superstar Activator") works with mission-driven Superstars to reimagine and redesign their careers, businesses, and lives for more freedom, fulfillment, income, and impact. Michelle's Story

Like the high performers she works with, Michelle spent many years (decades, really) in pursuit of “success” and “achievement,” only to discover she had sold out her heart, soul, and self in the process. After a "long dark night of the soul,” Michelle realized that happiness and fulfillment have little to do with achieving goals and everything to do with ALIGNMENT.

So she made some (big) changes…

With the help of incredible mentors, Michelle developed a whole new approach to business and life. An approach that started with first doing the inner work to bring her brand and model into greater alignment with her gifts, strengths, personality, purpose, self-care, values, beliefs, and vision.

Turns out, this is an even better (and way more joyful!) path to success.

Today, Michelle helps other leaders have their own "adventures in alignment" so they can fully express their magic and gifts in the world.
