The right brand, business model and belief system changed everything and created stability, leverage, freedom, and most importantly, IMPACT.

This is my 11th year as a self-employed professional. Over a decade. Not many businesses make it to 10 years, and I can tell you, I came close to giving up. Many times.

Despite having been very successful as an employee – working my way up the ladder and getting promotions and raises – I didn't know how to be a "solo-entrepreneur."

What saved me, finally, in year 7, ‍was:
1) ALIGNING my offerings with my natural gifts, strengths and PASSIONS.
2) REPOSITIONING my brand to an audience I was passionate about.
3) TRANSITIONING to a new business model – one I still use to this day – that stabilized my revenues – so I could BREATHE and finally HIRE someone to help me (that was a total GAME-CHANGER!)
4) RECOGNIZED my own MINDSET was the biggest barrier to my "success."
